I lost phone and internet on a Wednesday. We contacted a big company to come out and fix our issue (two days later) and they were unsuccessful in even identifying what had made the systems go down. I was in a panic as we have upwards of 10 guests on the 15 minute mark every hour and our entire booking system was down. My Business is located in Puyallup, so we are about 40 minutes away from the location of Olympia Computer. I was contacted within minutes, and the owner worked with me to find a time that would be suitable for both of us to come out the very next day! Although he was booked and also short staffed, he personally came out to our location and within 45 minutes completely identified and fixed our issue. Olympia Computer got us back to normal so quickly and I would highly recommend them to anyone with internet/computer/networking issues!
